Where do we ship?
We ship our handmade gear to all countries within the European Union.
Is your EU country not available at checkout? Send us a message and we’ll look into the possibilities for you.
Shipping costs
We ship at lower rates than other webshops of our size! Before checking out your shopping cart (after entering your address), you will see a flat shipping rate based on the delivery address you provided.

√ NL & BE: Free shipping on all orders over €95
Production & delivery time
Every DoggoZ item is handmade with love and precision.
√ Crafting time: We aim to craft and dispatch your order within 1–5 business days (during busy periods this may take slightly longer).
√ Shipping time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days for other EU countries.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.
Address & unclaimed parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or not being collected from a pickup point, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. We can reship the parcel at your expense or refund the product price once the parcel is returned to us.
Lost parcels
Does something feel wrong with your delivery? Please contact us at contact@doggoz.shop
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, or the pickup point first. If it still can’t be located, let us know and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) at contact@doggoz.shop including your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can investigate quickly.
LUCID-Number: We are registered with the German LUCID Packaging Register under registration number DE3512692398510 to ensure the recycling of our packaging materials.
